Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight is my favorite entry in the Etrian Odyssey series mostly because of the characters and the restaurant you get to run alongside dungeon crawling. I was always so excited in game to enter new areas because it meant new recipes for the party to add to their restaurant. Dungeon Meshi has been on my read list for awhile now since the concept of using the loot and ingredients from a dungeon to cook was appealling to me. By using monster part and other materials from adventuring, you could feasibly make a lot of good tasting food with incredible presentation!
Etrian Odyssey is not a game known for deep party dynamics due to the fact that the party members are player generated and get little to no in game interaction with each other to form such. I'm a big fan of games like Kid Icarus: Uprising and Drakengard 3 because of how much party banter and conversations there are to show the relationships between the characters. EO2U stands out to me compared to other games in the series with how it incoporates an aspect of these interactions by how the party reacts to a new recipe.
Monster Fish Panino: The monster replica is interesting, but the fermented fish isn't for everyone.

Arianna matches the image of a kindhearted yet naive princess. She cares deeply for her companions and takes most things at face value. This especially becomes apparent with her learning unfamiliar customs and culture she could never encounter as a Caledonian royal.

After being orphaned, Flavio was taken in by the Midgard Library. Him and his best friend, the protaganist, are sent by the library to assist Arianna.
Flavio is straightforward and keeps other members of the guild grounded in reason when the time calls for it.
